About Us

Who We Are:
Natures Image is a family owned business which focuses on providing incredible service, custom framing, and artwork for every customer served.

Where We Came From:
Started as a home based business in 1982, by Ron and Diane Hammes. Natures's Image grew to the point of using over 6000 square feet of retail space in 2000.

Nature Image has been an active part of the Forest Lake community by participating in everything from Art Shows, to Young Artist Contests, to Field trips for Home School groups.

Where We are:
In 2010 management and ownership of Nature's Image is being transferred to Ben Oliver, a resident of Forest Lake since 2001. His background in fine finish carpentry has converted quite well into the framing business. The Hammes Family will continue to be an important part of Nature's Image in the future.

As the economy has struggled over the past few years Nature's Image has reduced it's gallery size but still offers the same personal service as always.

The New Frontier

Where we are going:
Along with new ownership comes new ventures. We are pleased to welcome two new companion organizations to share our space.

From The Heart: Bible and Gift Store: Moving into the west end of the building is From the Heart. Carrying a full line of Christian products from Bibles to study guides, from gifts to music, From the Heart will be a great business to have alongside Natures Image for many years to come.
